We went to a few select houses this year since the girls really are too little for such a holiday. Lucci had her fill of apples and cider and Lydia, well, was just cute!

Iron Kettle Farm

Our visit to the Iron Kettle Farm in Candor, NY October 18th on Lydia's birthday was a chilly one. It was overcast and chilly, not to mention a weekday while most kids were in school. This place gets way too busy this time of year on the weekends for me, so Lydia's birthday being on a Wednesday this year was a perfect day for this little trip. Would have been even more fun if daddy wasn't working and we could have run free. Also if it were a little sunny and a little more warm.

Buttermilk Falls; Ithaca, NY

We had a fun day trip to Ithaca walking a little in the commons, visiting my favorite little children's store, eating at a pizzaria baked pasta, checking out Buttermilk Falls and taking lots of pictures there, and then driving on back through Candor stopping at the Iron Kettle Farm to see animals and pumpkin displays and get a couple pumpkins and bag of apples while there.
